Our brokerage is one of the few that makes sure we explore all the promotional methods to ensure your home sells - on the ground or over the Internet!

Things we do are ...

(a) List it in on our website - the first thing we do is to make sure your home is listed with all the agents of our brokerage and available to any buyer that is looking for homes through them.

(b) MLS - we make sure that your listing is available through the local MLS - online. This means other agents and brokers can view your home details from anywhere. We are members of the largest Multiple Listing System in Florida, the "Florida Regional MLS".  

(c) Syndication - we automatically "syndicate" your home listing with large Internet real estate search engines and classified market places such as Google, Trulia, Zillow and others. Nowadays, more than 90% of home buyers begin their search over the Internet. Yours can be there!

(d) 20% of home buyers in Florida are foreign nationals. We do reach out to the Canadian, British and German speaking market as well. (finehomesinsarasota.de)

(e) We will put your home on Homes and Land of Sarasota's web site, and we will put it in the magazine, of course. 

(F) Yard sign, flyers, open houses ....that is all basic stuff we do not even want to talk about. 

More than 20% of our listed homes are sold by us as well (average 10%). We do not list a home and wait until another agent sells it eventually - our goal is to get the job done! You want us to sell it - we will sell it!
