 I was born and raised in Konstanz, Germany (Webcams Konstanz). Konstanz is a district in the south of Baden-Württemberg. Neighboring districts are (from west clockwise) Schwarzwald-Baar, Tuttlingen, Sigmaringenand Bodenseekreis. To the south it borders the Swiss Kanton Thurgau and Schaffhausen. Here is where I grew up and where I finished my early education. Later I started my career in sales and marketing with Solvey Pharmaceuticals, one of the larger Pharmaceutical Companies of the World. Part of my duties was to represent my company on medical conventions outside the country. Hereby I built the foundation of my international interest and experience.
After 15 years in sales and marketing it was time to give my life a change. After a long thought process, my husband and I made this big step and immigrated to the United States. To get my feet wet, I worked for a highly respected Immigration Law firm in Sarasota. 2 years later I started my Real Estate career working for a Florida Builder. Realizing, that financing is an important part of my customers Real Estate transaction, I decided to obtain my Mortgage Broker license in order to assist my customers in securing financing. My extensive professional background in real estate, finance and sales, combined with my national and international work experience gives my clients a unique advantage. My consultative approach assures clients the individual and personal service they deserve. Knowing that time and money is at a premium in my customers life, I work diligently to ensure they have no worries but a smooth transaction, when buying or selling their home. | | 
I grew up in a small and quiet harbor town only a stone’s throw away from our next door neighbor Denmark. Büsum is the name of the town (Büsum Webcams) and up to this date the town never managed to grow beyond 5,000 souls - except for the short summer time. The summer time was and still is actually a little bit different compared to the rest of the months. Every year, for a short few weeks, weeks the inhabitants of that town call "summer", thousands of tourists take hostage of the entire town. The sun seekers are actually there for the sun, but in too many summers the sun is scarce. But next year hope drives many of them back to Büsum. That is the environment where I was born and raised and where I finished high school. Later I went to Kiel to attend college. In Germany it takes about 6 years from the first lecture untill the last state exam in order to become a fully licensed junior high school teacher. A one year lasting teaching assignment in Sheffield/England was an interesting interruption inbetween. After the last state exam, however, I decided to join the Pharmaceutical Industry's workforce like Karin did. For more than 15 years I worked for one of the major Global Players – Glaxo Pharmaceuticals, now GlaxoSmithKline. During that time I traveled intensively throughout the European Union, and welcomed the opportunity to see different countries and cultures. After immigrating to the USA I got an opportunity to manage a small resort on Siesta Key for a few years. This opportunity was an excellent chance to get my feet wet in a new environment. When the ice cold wind of change blew through the real estate market it became too obvious that the whole concept of the real estate business needed a change. The “lonely cowboy” approach is once and for all dead, only a team can master all new challenges. By working together as an accomplished team, Karin and I can combine our talents in real estate services.
